HOW TO SETUP MAPS

Turn on MAPS in SETUP 

Set PRINT SPEED between ±50% by 1%

The effect of MAPS depends on the setting of PRINT SPEED

• When set to 0%: Disperses ink drops with the same pass width as setup in the RIP
• When set in minus: the effect of MAPS gets higher as the value is set lower, because the ink dispersing width becomes deeper
• When set in plus: the effect of MAPS gets lower as the value is set higher, because the ink dispersing width becomes shallower

When printing in the lowest pass of each resolution with a high speed scan, MAPS does not work when the value is set in 0% or less
