Compact fabric coating unit designed for inkjet fabric printing

•  Designed to provide continuous process of fabric preparation for digital printing.

Adjustable amount of coating emulsion to suit all types of dyes

•  Compatible with reactive, acid, textile, disperse and sublimation dyes.

Roll to roll system

•  The unit automatically feeds fabric into the coating unit, dries the fabric after coating and winds the fabric onto rolls at completion of the process.

Compact Heater Dryer Design

•  Vertical heater design saves installation space.

Coating Liquid Circulation System

•  Provides consistent liquid for uniform pretreated fabric.

SUITS ALL TYPES OF DYES

• Pre-treatment of all types of dyes and pigments used in digital inkjet printing
• Coating speed and drying temperature are adjustable to optimum conditions depending on used pretreatment liquid and type of fabric
• Supports coating speed up to 75Lm/hour and max. 130℃(1℃Step) drying temperature
